Always wanted to, but didn't quite understand the D&D thing? Or maybe you've just heard about Dungeons and Dragons and think it's something you might want to try? Then come by this post!
Here we will go through the basic rules (so-called mechanics) for building characters to play with in D&D. You will also get good tips on how to build your character's personality, background, and future. 

There is no need for your own equipment for this mini-workshop, you will be given a character sheet and writing utensils will be available. If you wish to “roll stats” you can bring your own dice.
