Description
Who wouldn't want to have a group photo taken with people cosplaying from the same fandom? Make it happen!
How?
Stop by the Infodesk and ask if they can add your meet-up to the app! Specify the time, place and of course which fandom will be meeting!
E.g. "Hellaverse Meetup at the entrance at 1:45 PM".
Remember that it may be a good idea to check the program and try to schedule meetups at a time when not much else is happening. For example, during competitions, most people are in Cosmos. It may also be a good idea to give people some time to plan, e.g. 30 minutes notice before the meet-up takes place.
We also recommend that meet-ups take place in the outdoor area so as not to block the indoor con area.
Meet-ups cannot take place in lecture rooms, Cosmos, etc
NB! Meet-ups are organized by participants at Torucon. Torucon is only responsible for advertising meet-ups. It is up to each individual group to make arrangements with any photographers etc.
