About the Lecture:

This lecture will tell you everything you need to know to get started with cosplay. Have you never cosplayed before? Or have you considered making a cosplay yourself? Maybe you just want to improve your skills and get some tips? Then this is perfect for you. This crash course will cover how to get good at sewing, making swords and armor from worbla and foam, cutting wigs, and more! 

I have been cosplaying since 2014 and like to think of myself as a figure-out-it-is-done enthusiast who has a strong belief that anyone can learn to cosplay as long as they are willing to try and fail and try again. I have been involved in cosplay competitions for many years, and most recently represented Norway in the European Cosplay Cup in France in December, where I was lucky enough to win the Best Costume award.
